  • You can count on us to be there for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays) at no extra charge.  We never charge extra for coming out on evenings, weekends or even on holidays, including Christmas!
  • You will never have to call an answering machine.  All calls are answered by a Whipple Service Champion team member, 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.
  • Each team member is empowered to do whatever is necessary to ensure your 100% satisfaction.  Our friendly phone personnel know how valuable your time is and are trained to minimize your wait and always make your experience enjoyable.
  • You come first so our technicians will never smoke or swear in or around your house.
  • And, our dress code ensures that each of our technicians will arrive wearing dress slacks, a crisply laundered shirt and shined shoes. 
  • We will keep your house and floors clean as we work.  Our technicians wear shoe covers and literally roll out the red carpet on every job.  Each van carries three foot by ten foot rubber backed rugs to provide the ultimate protection for your floors.

  • You will never buy a lemon from us because you have our exclusive "No Lemons Guarantee."  And our long, extended warranties ensure that your job will be done right.  We warranty parts and labor for 730 days (two full years) not 30 days like most others!
  • Our trucks are so well-stocked, chances are will we have all the parts necessary to do your job without going to the supply house, saving you time.  But should that occur, we will never charge you to leave the job to chase a part that we don't have on our trucks!
  • Our technicians are not paid on commission and will never sell you something you don't need or want.
  • Our furnace and air conditioner tune-ups are guaranteed to extend the life of your equipment and reduce your utility bills by more than the cost of the tune-up.  If that isn't the case, we will gladly refund twice the price of the tune-up.
